Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. While most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, occasional carrier delays may occur.

Order Processing

Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and prepared before leaving our studio in Puerto Rico. We take pride in making sure it arrives ready for everyday life with dogs.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.

Good to Know

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. If that happens, we’ll always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
